Lino’s 40th Anniversary at Pilchuck
This June, Lino Tagliapietra celebrates 40 years since his first trip to the Pacific Northwest as a visiting artist at the Pilchuck School. The Maestro first began his relationship with Pilchuck in 1979, where he spent the summer introducing young American gaffers to the storied traditions of Venetian glassblowing. To celebrate the occasion, Pilchuck is hosting an all-day event at their Stanwood campus which will include glassblowing demonstrations, campus tours, and dinner with the Maestro himself.
Tickets to the event, available for purchase through Pilchuck’s website, are required and limited.
